1. What is the Delivery Time?

 

Answer: In your shopping cart, an estimated timeframe will be displayed for the delivery of the Products. This estimate takes into account the products purchased, their quantities, the available inventory and the distance between our distribution center and the delivery address. The delivery period will be counted from the date of approval of the request, which can occur in up to 3 (three) business days for payments by credit card or ticket. 2. If I regret the purchase, can I return it?

 

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request the return of products within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the order. To open a return order, you must send an email to contato@aeroarte.art.br. Learn more in our Exchange and Return Policy.

3. How can I exchange a product?

 

Response: In addition to the 7 (seven) days provided for in the Consumer Defense Code, Aero Arte® also allows the cancellation of purchases or exchanges within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product. In this case, all the conditions indicated in item 1 above apply, however, the Customer shall bear the costs of shipping the Product. Learn more in our Exchange and Return Policy.

4. If I regret the purchase, can I claim the Refund?


Answer: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the order. To open a refund request, the customer must send an email to contato@aeroarte.art.br. Learn more in our Refund Policy.

 

 

5. Does Aero Arte do custom gear?

 

Answer: Yes, we customize any product available on the site, just contact us at contato@aeroarte.art.br.

 

 

6. Does Aero Arte have a physical store where I can withdraw the products?

 

Answer: Aero Arte is a virtual store, and has no physical store. Purchases made on the site are delivered to the address given by the customer. Know more about us clicking here.
